GRADE A
The Item is effectively new, the product is free from any cosmetic marks and damage. It comes with the original box and all accessories received when bought new.
GRADE B
The item is used and may not have the original box. The item will be supplied with a charging cable where applicable. The item may have cosmetic wear based on usage but that will not hinder the user experience and/or function of the product.
GRADE C
This item is used and in a fair condition, it may have deep scratches, dents, screen burn, cracks or bends that will not hinder the use of the product. The product will be fully working, without a box and will not contain any of the original accessories. We always send a charging cable but, in most cases, this would be a 3rd party accessory.
