What We Can't Accept
A few commonly offered documents don't meet the verification standard we're required to apply, and we're unable to accept them.
⚠ Not Accepted
- Solicitor's letters – solicitors don't always carry out identity checks on clients; they often simply accept the details a client provides them
- NHS letters – for the same reason as above
- Bank cards
- Payslips, P45s, or P60s – these are issued by an employer, and we have no way of knowing what checks that employer carried out
